Okay, look. I get that you're packing as much exciting content as possible into Act 1 of 2026, but...this is difficult to say...but the Studio feels that you're...I'm so sorry...the Studio feels that you're getting a bit...sloppy? Some of the characters are...just hard to believe in.

I’ve had a shit week with a new diagnosis, horrible fatigue, not having propane and very limited food. And today someone on here threaning to call CPS on me for assumptions. I’d very much appreciate help please. This has been over a week now asking and it’s getting worse.
Please don’t ignore this 😞 please boost my crowdfunding we literally are out of food and heat and I have four kids in the house. Three are under 10.

I've been down a rabbit hole today and learned about the VBR CAR; its effectively a version of the G11 you can make in your shed. It looks and functions a lot like a late 19th/early 20th century rifle, just in caseless form.

I can't help but wonder if there's an alternate timeline where we got a SuperZip and then a MegaZip format, where instead of DVDs and Blu Rays computer physical media ended up going with magnetic field drives.
(Yes, I know that if it didn't get tried, it probably wasn't practical)

The level of organization here is impressive.
I hope someone in this Minneapolis/St. Paul effort is writing down a field manual of best practices - what the military would call doctrine - so that when ICE moves on, other places can replicate the tactics that work and iterate on them.

We have ~15 separate radio dispatches, one for each neighborhood, and dozens more for the suburbs/Saint Paul. Each dispatch/monitoring channel contains somewhere between 500 and 2000 people. At any given time there are probably a dozen mobile patrols and 100 on-foot observers in each neighborhood.
Does Minneapolis have a radio dispatch set up for the people who are following ICE? That's brilliant.

If you have an old house that's been renovated and added to several times over the last hundred years, definitely make sure you have 2-3x the quote for the work in your savings, because you *will* find the consequences of dodgy work that are expensive to fix.

I've started rereading some Animorphs books, and they actually hold up really well. They're never going to win awards for the writing, but each character has their own way of "speaking" - even when repeating the stock opening - and the writing is solid.
