this is the project that Chris Christie blocked because he thought that he was going to be POTUS. Polishing his spending credentials, it’s going to take 10-12 more years & 80% more money.

With GOPers, its always been about power, tax cuts or detegulaton and the rest of us bear the costs

Trump doing his lord's work, destroying the institutions of the USA.

There are no good Republicans. Act accordingly.
Federal judge: "The presumption of regularity that has previously extended to [the United States Government] that it could be taken at its word—with little doubt about its intentions and stated purposes—no longer holds."

This is in a case where the Trump admin sued Oregon.

The advantage of teaching, learning, and doing journalism independently is that we can mobilize quickly in response to current events.

No having to tiptoe around university censors. No editors spiking stories and discussions on race.

The institutions are collapsing. Now is the time to be honest.

Columbia cancelled my 2024 class on Race and Media, so I decided to teach it independently anyway.

I made a conscious decision to include whiteness in discussions about race.

What we learned is how much white people have been kept in the dark about white martyrs for civil rights.

Whatever the federal presence looks like in the Bay Area on Super Bowl Sunday, we won’t allow it to stop us from exercising our First Amendment right to protest ICE violence.

Before you head out on Sunday, here’s what you need to know about your rights to help you stay safe.

Go kids !
A friend just sent me a photo of high schoolers in Pleasant Grove Utah using a walk out to protest ICE.

For you non Utahns around here, Pleasant Grove is a very a more conservative town in the already very conservative Utah County.

Let's go with "Twoke"?
I think "woke" was at least partly identified with "irritating" and the way we're rectifying that in Woke 2 is by being scary instead

All those people demanding Trump be put in prison don't seem to grasp that he was heading there until November 2024. He was convicted, and about to be sentenced when these same people refused to vote for Harris. And then he became President, and everything just went away. Consequences.
