This is the same as not feeding them at all. Would judges stand idly by while DHS locked children in a starvation oubliette and walked away? Well this is that; it's unconstitutional and if the only remedy is releasing all of them then it must be afforded.
Some children in Dilley were so distraught they cut themselves or talked about suicide, parents told ProPublica.

They said kids lost their appetites after finding worms and mold on their food, had trouble sleeping, and were constantly sick.
The Kids Trump Sent to ICE’s Dilley Detention Center

I know there is a lot going on but I feel like this one is not getting the notice.

The Administration is ethnic cleansing Somalis from removal hearings and likely deporting them to 3rd countries.

Why do places we lock up kids sound like trendy places to go for brunch?
Berks, Artesia, Karnes and Dilley.

We need some more precise and honest when referring to Warehouses for Immigrant Children.

To anyone tempted to celebrate Noem's big announcement that ICE will use body cams and that it will be expanded nationwide as funding is available...

That's already been official ICE policy for over two years.

Follow the money!
This is what has been particularly disgusting me lately.

It’s not just the cruelty of inflicted suffering that is happening right now, but that people are getting rich off it!
For my first piece for Group Threat I wrote about the grotesque profits being made off of people's lives through ICE contracts.

If we're going to survive this, we have to abolish the profit motive that ever made us see swaths of people as expendable for profit.

Yep! It is absolutely not the time for strategic politicking.
Pick up those babies and walk the hell out of there.
This child looks devastated. We know from the courageous actions of his fellow detainees (his “fellow detainees!” He’s five!!!) in Dilley that there are others like him.

I honestly don’t care if maximalist demands are bad strategic politics. We should make them because they’re important moral ones
Just visited with Liam and his father at Dilley detention center. I demanded his release and told him how much his family, his school, and our country loves him and is praying for him.
