I am thrilled to see attention paid to the effects of menopause on US women as we are decades behind other countries. Please see the UK. But it is beyond grating to see Temu RFK talking about is as the man hasn’t valued women for one minute of his life. And he is anti-science. 😐

It really is. So touching and definitely difficult to watch. But somehow in a really refreshing way.

Just disgusting. With that name, he should know better. My grandfather went to BU Med and I am just appalled all around. BU should be ashamed.

I think about Maxwell's demon at least once a year. If Google allows valuable content and doesn't index low quality pages, it aims to reduce the disorder and randomness present in its system. EXCEPT that it now introduces disorder in AI answers. It's both a filter and a source of noise.

Tucker's embrace of Holocaust denier Nick Fuentes has ignited a civil war on the right. I wrote about how traditional conservatives outraged by this mainstreaming of hatred helped unleash the monster that Fuentes himself says radicalized him, via @status.news www.status.news/p/tucker-car...
The Right's Race Reckoning
Tucker Carlson’s friendly sit-down with racist Nick Fuentes has touched off a reckoning inside the conservative movement, forcing its leaders to confront the ugly monster they helped create.

Nothing about this is normal. Where were the adults and are they Nazis?
I’m sorry…WHAT THE FUCK?!
Evidently there was an Auschwitz-themed float in a Halloween parade in Pennsylvania.

The float was for a Catholic school, and to their credit the church immediately disavowed it.

Thing is, I don’t think high school kids did this entirely on their own. I’m guessing parents had to be involved.

Ewwww.
And who pays the King?

UK taxpayers.

If taxes are going to fund this asshole for the rest of his life, just put him in jail. It's much cheaper!

The last thing I want to do right now is buy a car, but jockeying with my 20 year old over my vehicle is driving me nuts and I want him to have freedom. Wish me luck!

Chicago rock ensemble Red Red Meat hit hard with 1995’s Bunny Gets Paid. The record pairs Stones-indebted blues-rock roots with beautiful songs.

Tell me what music you are listening to to stay sane in the madness. I’m reliving my youth with Amorica right now. Have I told the story about my 5am flight from Logan to LA and two of the only other people in the terminal were Chris and Rich? Wild morning. 😂

In 4 days, I've been to 2 concerts (David Byrne and Bertha: Grateful Drag), a regatta, and a film talk. I think I look like this. For the first time ever in 20 yrs of parenting, I slept through an alarm. The kids looked at me like I had 4 heads when I told them, "YOU HAVE 30 MINUTES TO GET READY."
