From October. Looks a lot like they did disguised version of plan #1. Which might be why Rubio looked grumpy yesterday.

yes absolutely. an adequate response required more than people were ready to give. I think I wrote at the time that calls for a bipartisan 1/6 commission were like calling for a 9/11 commission where half the members supported al qaeda

This sign off from Maurice DuBois & @jdickerson.bsky.social from just 2 days before Bari Weiss censorship scandal at 60 minutes seems even more powerful now. Note the calling out of Trump treatment of reporters & callback to Murrow & CBS’ once epic tradition of journalism w/“Good night & good luck.”

ME: Someone *finally* asked about the percentages! And it was Fox!

ALSO ME: What in the freaking universe of math/space/time conundrums is he talking about? 87% is right answer, Howard. You know it, interviewer knows it, we know it. Should’ve shut up then. Also no one believes that number either.
FOX: If you cut something by 100%, the cost goes down to 0. If you cut it by 600%, the drug companies are actually paying you

LUTNICK: What he's saying is if a drug was $100 and you bring it down to $13, it's down 7 times

F: Not a 600% cut

L: But it's 700% higher price before. It's down 700% now

And now we may know why admin got Bari Weiss to kill the CECOT piece. Don’t know if they knew this was coming or if they were running scared on Boasberg contempt investigation but sure looks like that CBS piece would’ve been timely. Thank you to lawyers & Judge who’ve sought justice for these men.
BREAKING: Judge James Boasberg rules for those deported under the Alien Enemies Act on March 15 — certifying a class, finding the U.S. maintained constructive custody over them at CECOT, finding they were not given due process, and ordering return or that such process be given by Jan. 5, 2026.

MeidasTouch is wrong here. These images are from two different filings in the Giuffre v Maxwell, suit with different dates. In 2024, she re-filed material with Trump's name un-redacted. It was a scandal, it got news! Both versions are in Bondi's Epstein dump and both remain up. No one deleted. 1/
🚨 The DOJ appears to have redacted Donald Trump’s name from the allegations made in this exhibit in the Epstein files.

Trump’s name was in the original release. Now, it’s blacked out.

See for yourself.

The ppl who drafted the bill that passed Congress were smarter than admin & anticipated what they would try to do.
Rep. Garcia: If the AG wants to use her sham investigation in the Southern District of New York to withhold evidence and documents, she can't do the same for our subpoena. She is still legally obligated to produce every single document she has in her possession to the Oversight Committee

Very good thread on how difficult it will actually be to Epstein redact files. The people who drafted the bill appeared to know exactly what this admin might try to do and wrote this bill accordingly.
Very important for people to read this portion of the Epstein Files Transparency Act so you understand 1) why Mike Johnson was so upset today, and 2) what is NOT permitted to be redacted by the DOJ.

If anyone has wondered, as I have, where the Epstein investigation went after he died, this is the answer. Also answers bs question about why files not released during Biden admin. And raises huge question about why Trump admin quashed investigation once in office. This info should be everywhere.
