Exercise mostly just makes me hostile. My body has never once produced an exercise induced endorphin. I've tried it all from A-Z or aerobics to Zumba, and there is no enjoyable exercise. I still do it, but not because it's pleasant.

It’s heartbreaking to see these terrifying photos and videos of the individual at Guthrie’s house. What is equally disturbing is how it looks like just about every ICE agent and officer on the streets. The same ones you are supposed to allegedly take orders from and have your rights taken away from.
