Arianna Sofia Veraza and her parents were driving to Sam's Club for milk, eggs and diapers yesterday when they heard helicopters and horns blaring yesterday. They had turned around to leave when a federal agent pepper-sprayed them through a car window.

I can't help but feel that Democrats desire to cave to Republicans is because there was a massive wave of Republican losses to Progressive Democrats and Third Party candidates, and most Liberal candidates lost along with Republicans. It is revenge against the voters for abandoning Neoliberalism.

If you’ve made your Senate calls, time to start calling Dem Congressional representatives (both D.C. & local numbers) and telling them not to accept anything the Senate sends down that doesn’t include ACA subsidies.
Personal stories help. Tell them how much caving will cost YOUR family.

Justice Jackson may have been the one who gave the order to halt SNAP payments, likely for some procedural requirement reason, but Trump is the person who ASKED for that, so the hunger is 100% his fault. The money was in the process of being disbursed when he asked for it to stop.

#BREAKING: Justice Jackson has issued an "administrative" stay, temporarily pausing a district court order that would've required the USDA to continue using contingency funds to pay SNAP benefits.
The stay expires 48 hours after the First Circuit rules on USDA's request for a stay pending appeal.
