I'll say more if I decide to stick around -- I'm at Parkland College tryin' to help folks who want to figure out basic math. I ride my bike a lot. I'm still here for now.
OK mine do not compare to yours but usually it's watching something and going to bed with it unresolved triggers. (Mine often involve plots to resolve it, lots of tensions). And yea, waking up sad except last week when I was relieved because my bike was only stolen in my dream!

Wehn I got to my vehicle I realized oh, I hadn't scanned the two jalapenos in the top part of the basket. NO I didn't go back. And at the automatic checkout, sometimes you accidentally grab two and only one scans. (Yes, you can grab it back and scan it, too; of course I did.)

When my parents helped form a community, they helped focus on *finding our own mission* instead of "we aren't like them!!!" I do appreciate our Beloved Inclusive church for including welcoming all, "especially those hurt by the church."

The only solution to the problem he describes is some sort of pool where everyone participates, like universal. Call it Universal Health Care, for instance

I had been glad he was here. Now -- DUDE YOU AREN"T RUNNING AGAIN you can AFFORD TO BE BRAVE!!! (I have a 5% hope tht there's a plan here, but 95% thinking nope, he got old and forgot things like morals.)
