Anyone using SAMMI may want to reconsider. The new lead Dev silently changed the policy to allow AI art to be used in official spaces again and when called out upon, told users to stop using SAMMI if they weren't happy about it.

We need to remove the housing market entirely. Housing as an "investment" will cause permanent inflation as rent/ mortgages/ property taxes will always rise to match housing prices.
