update: he went in for his followup today and is in the clear with no obstructions. He will be put on a prescription diet from this point and we will be doing our best to slow the progression of ckd.

Have to put down one of our cats tonight. heart failure, she was coughing up blood. She was 16 so she had a good run, I just wish she could be here longer. She was such a good girl.

Got extremely vulnerable with my therapist yesterday, I know im making progress and shes expressed shes very proud of me and happy to see me get to this point where I can be 100% open about what Im feeling and thinking.

Just gotta say, even though these arent the fancy expensive metal ones, these seriously worked for the pain. I woke up this morning after a day of wearing them and the pain in my hands has been dialed down to a 2 instead of an 8.
