In the parlance of Gen Z-ers (from what I’ve read online): I had a “grippy sock vacation” in September. I’m doing a little better now but my mental health isn’t exactly great. I will say, if you’re trans and anywhere remotely accessible to Philly, Malvern’s Wisteria unit is great.
