And a third (eventual) 3,000 K pitcher actually started the game! There have only been 20 so far, and 3 pitched that day.
With Max Scherzer and Clayton Kershaw, this was the second time in World Series history that two pitchers already with 3,000+ strikeouts pitched in the same game

Sad to see G&L guitars did indeed shut down. Tariffs were a part of the problem (although not the only problem). Small passionate niche US company that was special. I wonder if there just isn’t room for that kind of company anymore. youtu.be/1KGcfH3gzxE?...

As someone who grew up rooting for the Yankees and adopted the Nats as soon as they appeared in DC, I’m seriously thinking about getting a Trent Grisham shirsey. I’m appreciative of what he’s done for both teams.

I remember as a kid being at a friend’s house and he used a local service Waiter on the Way. You’d call them and they’d pick up fast food. He got Wendy’s. I remember asking my parents to do it and they were basically like “that’s only for people who are rich or extremely irresponsible with money.”
Lost in the burrito taxi discourse is that before like 10-15 years ago you were only expected to order in pizza, Chinese or Indian food. If you suggested that someone should deliver McDonalds to your house they would've thought you were insane.
