In a country where the press is owned by increasingly right wing vested interest their pursuit of Starmer can only be viewed with suspicion. Shame on the left of the Labour party for joining in.

I didn't vote for Sam Coates or Beth Rigby, Chris Mason or Nick Robinson, Michael Peston or Laura Kuensberg so I don't really think they, or the rest of the hacks should decide who the PM of the UK should be.

How have the media and others forgotten the 14 years of god awful Tory Government. How have they forgotten the mess they left , underfunded public services, prisons on the verge of collapse, 7 million on the NHS waiting list and so much more. It's going to take more than 19 months to fix.
