Farage earns more than any other MP for NOT being an MP. He says it’s “obviously sad” that part of his constituency is the most deprived area in England.
But everything he’s ever done, said and wanted has made sure of it.
This is the whole country if he gets into power.

I was going to try something poetic, but I'm settling on a memorial list of the tagged and named hen harriers that have disappeared or been found killed since 2018. Sometimes a list, plus two or three lines of factual context, do the work better than any 'literature'.

Working on a text for an artistic collaboration with sculptor Mark Butler about the hen harrier.

How's this for a stat? English habitats currently support only 10% of the hen harriers that they could carry if there were no illegal persecution.

The soft pedaling language being used to describe the men in the Epstein files is enraging.

They didn’t “have sex with underage girls”.

They raped them.

Sex implies consent.

The survivors deserve better than this. Use the correct language. Say what these men did.

Here he is last year.

Normally lasts until the next invitation comes.

Oh look, US money everywhere you look for so called bottom up populist movements

They own a lot of former British companies so they think they have the right to tell us how to live

Farage is just the front for Trump's world

When will those Reform voters wake up and smell the covfefe?
I'm not sure if others have noticed this, but interesting that one of the Prescott criticisms of the BBC is based on those of the 'History Reclaimed' group, which is also associated with the 'Restore Trust' group's attacks on & so far unsuccessful attempts to take control of the National Trust. 1/3

Farage has dropped out of BBC film following BBC row.

Good.

Access journalism is client journalism. The BBC should make a film about Reform whether or not Farage chooses to ‘sit down’ with Laura Kuensberg.

Rant: Maybe if we called Taxol “yew tree bark infusions” and Carboplatin “platinum therapy” people would be less likely to spend a ton of money supplementing their scientifically proven cancer treatments with junk “natural remedies” that a predatory naturopath or wellness influencer told them about.

Yes but replacing Starmer would make things better because …

Better comms? More respect for MPs’ views? Less foreign travel? Putting up taxes more proudly? Not putting up taxes? Stopping the boats (!)? Talking leas tough on immigration? ‘Getting a grip’?

Who’s going to do all this for you?
