Just so I'm clear on this, computer memory has tripled in price because a bunch of it that hasn't been produced yet has been ordered to populate GPUs that aren't installed in data centers that aren't built yet in order to service a demand that doesn't exist to make profits that don't happen.

Just an awful take. Neither Twitter nor bluesky are real life, and while blue sky is useful for organizing, not doing that on Twitter has absolutely zero effect on the electorate. It's glue sniffing insanity to think that people writ large give a fuck about what happens on Twitter.
One of the biggest mistakes left-of-center pundits and influencers made was decamping to Bluesky. They made themselves irrelevant, shrunk their audiences, and dramatically lessened the positive impact they could have on our public debate at the precise time we needed it most.
