OK, inspired by @banditelli.org I wanted to post at least something crow. 🪶

Here they are engaging in mass vandalism just for the fun of it.

OK actually they're digging out beetle larvae that harm the lawn—you can see one in the iphone photo below—but it's pretty funny to see the mess they make.

While I am a Japanese, #Balkan #music used to be my favorite, and I still have a collection of cassette tapes with Balkan #FolkSongs 😉
These tapes are about 35 years old, but today, I felt like revisiting my old collection 😊
I have always loved those unique, irregular rhythms, like 11/16 😉

A rest day at home. I caught up on a lot of lost sleep. I am still learning how to best care for myself, and notice the cues in my body. I have a much too large near-constant undercurrent of anger and anxiety.

I’m seeing UK-based bigots now going around stating that ‘trans women are legally men’. Without stating even that it’s in the UK and a somewhat misleading and contested statement.

To leave out where, and to not even slightly elaborate, is spreading disinformation.

Hey, this one is me! The DSM would have you believe that if you check 9/10 required criteria for autism and 9/10 required criteria for ADHD, you have...neither. 🤔
