Tim Walz is a lifelong public servant who has always known that this isn't about him—it's about making life better for the people of Minnesota. I have such a tremendous amount of respect for his decision to pass the torch and let others step up to serve. We need more leaders like him.

It's clear from the article that ICE is *miserable* here. They're freezing their asses off and being harassed everywhere they go. Property managers aren't allowing them access to rental properties and people know their rights and aren't letting them in.

The best thing about this isn't the merits so much as the fact that @raskin.house.gov is socializing serious structural reform. This is the register we need to be in in preparation for the aftermath.

MnDOT is saying they can't do localized air quality modeling bc there aren't vetted tools for doing that modeling well. I'm confused about why they think they can do a good analysis of regional impacts w/o knowing what will happen to air quality right along the freeways. Isn't region sum of locales?
