It's maddening. In the US its the wealthiest among us that whine the loudest about being neglected. The poorest quartile have been getting beaten up for decades, since the 1980s, and nobody listens to them. The oligarchs are putting the screws to the system that they benefited from the most.

I agreed two years ago that Trump is a fascist and wrote about it. But I keep saying is that you were not living under a fascist regime and you can still do something about it.
Also, when one of America’s leading scholars on fascism agrees (after previous skepticism) that Trump is a fascist, I think we can give the semantic argument a rest as well. Energy is better spent elsewhere among mostly like minded folk:

Russia is at war with Europe, our freedom & democracy, but due to national interests & endless vetoes, EU has not acted to support the people of the nations, like Serbia, Georgia, Belarus, but leave out to dry for Russia to pick of one by one.
