Last year, multiple mega law firms pledged almost $1 BILLION in “pro bono” legal services to Convicted Felon Trump & his Regime.

I am demanding these firms actually show their work as I don't think they’re benefiting society, but merely helping Trump line his own pockets.

They want us to follow the norms of American law when it comes to ICE identification **and** they want us to follow the norms of American law when it comes to voter ID?

I mean, this stuff is just intellectually inconsistent if, like Tom Emmer, you were repeatedly kicked in the head by a mule.
Emmer: "Another reform they claim they want is they want ICE agents to identify themselves, to show identification. But they don't want identification for voters in elections. I mean, this stuff is just intellectually inconsistent."

This is so embarrassing. A conscientious decision to withdraw from something is absolutely not "failing to prepare," it's a choice to not participate, and anyone who can't tell the difference should not have a job in writing or editing.

Such as being a newspaper editor.
A conscientious journalism grad withdraw from a job when she learned the Cleveland Plain Dealer uses AI to write its stories.

Now the editor is castigating her and journalism professors for not being “prepared for the workforce.”

You can’t make this shit up.

What Peter Thiel did to Gawker proved that you can’t have billionaires and a free press at the same time.
i think you can judge how free - or not - our political media is by the fact that elon musk literally did a sieg heil (twice) at a rally and it’s still seen as uncouth and overly partisan (in legacy media) to describe his politics as straightforwardly white supremacist.

Make funding ICE and CPB unelectable. Simply refuse to vote for anyone who funds a violent, masked presidential police force that executes people on the street and threatens to do it again. Republican or Democrat. Make funding ICE unelectable.
ICE/CBP have gone unfunded for 3 days; how about 3 years? The best way to claw back the $170 billion immigration enforcement surge in the Big Beautiful Bill is to just claw it back. The 2nd-best way is to slowly drain it by never funding the underlying appropriation. @ryanlcooper.com makes the case:

Chris Rufo: “We launched the Claudine Gay plagiarism story from the Right to smuggle it into media apparatus of the Left, legitimizing the narrative to center-left actors who have power to topple her. Then squeeze.”

Mediocre "meritocracy" NYT editors who hate Me Too and give him affirmative action:
NYT editors put "Claudine Gay" in "top 5 featured on the New York Times homepage Dec 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 17, 22, 25"

While they put Trump calling for Constitution's "termination" on page 15 and his chief of staff's "tyrant" warning on 12

Christopher Rufo openly bragged about the plans:
"The thing about this guy is that he’s a total product of right-wing affirmative action and you literally would never have heard of him if he was a liberal"

The NYTimes often doesn't quote Trump at all, instead reframing his words with a summary falsely suggesting coherent thought, in contrast to the gibberish he actually said. They also don't mention how he routinely mumbles and slurs even prepared remarks, like here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Zsd...
Have you ever once seen the New York Times quote Trump like this?
