At least we don’t live in a world of staggering class disparity in which a tech magnate attempts to quash left-wing sentiment using sexualized artificial intelligence!

They are winning even with large tariffs and trade barriers.

A thing I love about bluesky is how many giants of science fiction are here.
Since I am here, I can also urge you to rush right out and buy a shit-ton of my books.

Urge, urge, wink, wink!

Adults that are really annoyed by a silly child fad like 6-7 can quickly kill it by simply adopting it.

But children will adopt another silly fad.

If American news stories get too depressing, I recommend visiting Canadian News.

"In the face of LRT [planning] and other ongoing developments, visual landmarks disappearing seem to be a new normal for Hamilton," Goodis said. (In regards to fixing the standing puddle)

When folks knock on my door seeking broadband and I have time I explain to them that I already use their service through a reseller.

I do this because the reseller is a better company, I'd rather give them money.
Had a lovely New Year's dinner, and as I'm washing the dishes, the doorbell rings (and they bang on the door). Tempted to ignore but figure what the hell. It's two guys who just start babbling nonsense about how they're "surveying" people about how happy/unhappy they are with their broadband.
