I'm baffled that the governor could be considering a veto. If it isn't signed then there's no chance we turn around the state's housing crisis. If we don't fix the crisis then higher office is out of the question. The only path to the White House requires doing the right thing and signing it.
Three months ago, @gavinnewsom.bsky.social correctly warned us that failing to address our housing crisis would cost us people’s trust, and that the entire reputation of the State of California was on the line.
