I have my criticisms of council like everyone else, but if Hardin does challenge Ginther next year, it won’t be a hard choice.

I kind of thought that officer was there in part to make sure the cloak wasn’t used in the Alpha Quadrant, but I guess they decided they could trust Sisko. Like the Romulans are wont to do.
