Yesterday my partner and I counted all the ads along Chicago's Brown Line for "Friend," a company selling an AI chatbot pendant, and tallied how many of those ads were defaced.
Still working on a longer piece on this, but here's the quick and dirty: we counted 104 "Friend" ads total, 42 defaced.

I feel this. Although I go hi-tech for audio production all the way, nine times out of 10 I use it as a virtual tape recorder to force my hand.
Mindfulness in photography, cycling, prayer life, work, play, relationships... mindfulness in love. This brilliant little video is an encouragement to be more intentional... and that extends to many things.

We have permanently damaged the scientific reputation of the CDC and our country writ large. Worse, we have elevated hucksters and idiots to a place where their nonsense will kill or maim thousands.

While waiting for election results, I asked ChatGPT for the top 50 synthetic polymers used in drug delivery - with discovery years and references.
It got 35% of the years right and only 1 correct reference out of 40!
