No Obama apologist, but I don´t follow? Pre-Existing Conditions Insurance Plan, part of ACA #HCR, let me divorce & prep move from Texas to Seattle. There, unlike Tex, I could access Medicaid as single adult incl. psychiatric, independent of family. Much my life has felt like being a medical refugee.
The ACA fucking *sucks*, is a national shame, is confoundingly cruel and ineffective and insufficient and, also, simultaneously is SO MUCH MORE PREFERABLE to pre-ACA American healthcare it's not even close.
The thing about ACA is that if an American describes how it works to someone from literally anywhere else, the other person will be utterly horrified at its deliberate cruelty.

Soonishly I call the Office of Government Information Services for update on my #FOIA admin-appeals #USCG is sitting on. For now, I'm going to politely assume everything is unrelated, the only delusions of reference are those in Donald Trump's head, & the Coast Guard is dumping wine & cider like té.
