While carrying out Trump’s cruel deportation policies, Kristi Noem is holding up $17 billion in disaster funds.

That’s stuff like: fixing bridges and water and sewer systems.

This is a scandal.

Fire Kristi Noem. Save FEMA.

10th anniversary of this Iowa caucus result

And then the Clinton campaign ran on Better Things Are Not Possible So Shut Up

And given the chance to use their VP pick to reach out to young/diverse voters, they picked … Tim Kaine

And then when she lost it was all those stupid young voters’ fault

The recent, hard-hitting campaign to pressure Target into better behavior, has been exceptionally well-coordinated and inventive.
Yesterday in NYC’s Columbus Circle, on the heels of ~20 similar actions at Targets in Minnesota on Saturday, and leading up to bigger ones to come very soon.

Our core demand is simple:

Target, stop collaborating with ICE

Because zoning is de facto controlled by the local alderperson, it's almost impossible to proactively upzone areas close to the 'L' when the ward map looks like this ⬇️.

State preemption is basically our only hope, and I hope the legislature picks that back up this session. We came close last year.

I witnessed ICE using tear gas on children.

They shattered a window of low-income housing where a disabled vet lives. He got gassed in his own home.
This was the kind of treatment the union activists got today from Oregon’s largest unions alongside coalitions like @jwjpdx.bsky.social. They fired projectiles and injured many demonstrators and broke out neighbors windows. Gas for a half dozen miles in each direction. #iceout

Does anyone know what kind of gas they were using?
Someone just told me that they saw multiple people passed out during the first brutal wave of tear gas when there were still a ton of children and elderly folks. There was a line of children waiting to get treated by medics

Leigh Wambsganns devoted her professional life to Trump and his movement.

On Friday, he seemed to reward her loyalty by endorsing her campaign for Texas senate.

But after she lost a safe GOP seat by double digits, Trump says he’s never heard of her: “What can I say? I have nothing to do with it.”
Q: In Texas, a Democrat won a special election in an area you won by 17 points. Your reaction?

TRUMP: I don't know. I didn't hear about it. Somebody ran -- where?

Q: In Texas

TRUMP: I'm not involved. You mean I won by 17, and this person lost? Things like that happen. I'm not on the ballot
