my dad died yesterday at home next to my mom. it was sudden but not unexpected. here he is getting arrested at an anti-war protest in 1970 in Chicago. he was a history prof who taught me to never give up hope that a better world is possible. i love him and will miss him.

I never called blue maga democrats, this account did. blue maga are liberals but they could have voted for anyone. it crosses into 3rd parties. the movement overvalues voting compared to direct action bc they dont want social change. they want a return to “normal.”
Hoss, almost 85% of African Americans vote for Dems. For someone who “researches White Power” it seems kind of odd that you would refer to Democratic supporters as Blue MAGA.

I would suggest that blanket criticism of Dems fails to see the legitimate efforts being made by many progressives in the Party. Yes, there are some obvious dead-weight players who should follow or get out of the way, but I am encouraged by what I’m seeing of the younger members, on multiple fronts.
