Sick of people complaining about people on assistance having smart phones. You no longer pay for your phone up front, you pay $20 more on your bill monthly for 2 years. Saying it's a "$1200 phone" is technically correct, but you aren't being fully honest in order to make other people look bad. Jerk.

15 is not "barely legal". There's an argument to be had if even 18 is "barely legal", because they can't drink alcohol or smoke at 18 now. But 15 is definitely on the *wrong side of legal* for adults.
