Border Patrol Commander Greg Bovino deployed gas canisters at Mueller Park after school dismissal near Ella Baker Magnet School in Minneapolis. A school bus drove through the gas with students onboard. Hexachloroethane is classified as a chemical weapon and is banned in international warfare.
