This just solidifies for me that even if it takes 80 years we need to always work to bring ICE and its leadership to justice.
They wheeled this Nazi asshole into court in a wheelchair and he was still trying to hide his face in shame 76 years after World War II ended. That's the kind of commitment I'm looking for.
Ex-Nazi guard, 101, sentenced for role in 3,500 murders
He was sentenced to five years in prison for serving at the Nazis’ Sachsenhausen concentration camp.

“The secret racist police are so scared of memes they give notes on weather reports,” is the kind of joke that gets cut from your dystopian comedy for being too dumb, and yet…
CNN: DHS officials have come to FEMA staff and told them to limit the use of the word ice…they are worried that by posting something like, watch out for the ice, that it's going to become a meme….

Minneapolis has a population of less than 450k so if the estimates of 50,000 marching today are even close then a full 10% of the city showed up. Trump and ICE have no answer if we can get just 10% of us to fight back.
A coworker took this from her apartment. I haven't seen a crowd this size before. Maybe the first Women's March? But it was much much warmer that day. ICE OUT OF MINNESOTA!

It occurs to me that the Trump admin is probably going to try to use this database as a reason to try to disenfranchise anyone on it
ICE agent asked why he's taking pictures of a legal observer's car, replies: "Cuz we have a nice little database and now you're considered a domestic terrorist. So have fun with that."

Mortality rates:

Mifepristone: 0.65/100,000
Penicillin 2/100K
Viagra 4/100K

Pregnancy in the US: 22/100,000 (some states see rates >60/100K)

More people have died in ICE detention centers already in 2026 than will die from mifepristone all year. These politicians are extremely dangerous to women.
Rep. Chris Smith: "The abortion pill -- mifepristone -- is baby poison ... we now know that the abortion bill -- we've long expected this -- is extremely dangerous to women" (this is a lie)

37% of people think ICE is doing the right thing, or could be going farther. This is not a difference of opinion it’s a fight. It’s not our job to convince them, it’s our job to win the fight.
Only 19% of Republicans think shooting women in the face and snatching children on their way home from school is "going too far", in case you still believe these monsters are worth talking to. They're reveling in the atrocities.

One of the big trends in opposition activism during Trump 2.0 has been the localism of protest. This level of organizing is pretty astonishing to watch, and anyone who insists that there haven't been any protests against Trump is simply ignoring it www.theatlantic.com/ideas/archiv...

So my unemployment stopped and I’m not getting any answers which was previously calculated into this so I’m sharing this again. It would be super cool if things could just be easy! I’m literally sitting at home sad that I can’t be with my sister in labor because I can’t afford it

I do think we’re at the point where some of these gaffes we hear are designed to just be rage bait so their weird cult of internet trolls and incels feel like they’re part of an in joke.

I never want to hear that we don’t have enough money to end hunger ($25B) or homelessness (~$20B) in the US ever again. Tariffs are taxes on us that enrich billionaires
A new analysis shows that Americans bear a huge 96% of the burden of Trump's tariffs, levying a nearly $200 billion tax on the American people.
