Untrained ICE goon had his pistol tucked into his waistband, like in the movies but not in firearms training. Pistol fell out during struggle, landing on suspect’s hand. ICE goon crawled over to recover pistol. Upon picking up pistol he points it at bystanders.

I don't care about Bovino being ousted.
I want Stephen Miller ousted.

Very cool that the folks in charge are dismantling the government, burning down our alliances, terrorizing the populace, and actively tanking the economy, and the mainstream press can't call this out in any meaningful way because half of them are in on it and the other half think it'd be impolite.

ICE Shoots Projectile and Takes Out Kid’s Eye

Surgeons spent six hours removing shards of glass, plastic, and metal from his face. Unfortunately, the damage to his left eye was irreversible.

Second kid in the video, shot point-blank in the face.

Looking forward to the next Democratic administration having to extricate the US from Venezuela. Of course they'll also be dealing with a recession, a ruined science sector, and a trashed diplomatic standing. Among other things...

(If there is another Democratic administration)

My iPhone wants me to update to IOS 26 and I’m afraid.

Is it really as bad as the internet says, or is the fear just the internet being the internet and thus all to do about nothing?

It’s really hard to describe to people who are not artists how survival mode does *not* inspire creativity, as the myth would have us believe. It suppresses creativity as you try to limit every possible risk – and the opportunities that come with them.
It turns out building habits and stuff actually requires not being in survival mode, who knew?!
(Yeah yeah I did)

Women have a long history of being courageous truth-tellers. Dictators, oligarchs and their allies lie, smear and attack women who hold them accountable.

Women’s rights fall as authoritarian regimes rise.

Hold the line.

Stand with these women.

Like, Mars is very hostile! The soil is toxic! The gravity is only 38% of Earth's, which can do really bad stuff to your body! It doesn't really have a magnetosphere, so the radiation is bad!

We're not talking about a second Earth here. We're talking "technically better than the moon, I guess."

This is why lil marco was sinking into the couch. He was hoping we wouldn’t find it…so don’t RT right now this very second.

Has anyone thought about how much this DOGE nonsense is going to cost the United States, once the lawsuits for all the problems caused start rolling in.
The US will be paying for this crap for decades. It will be much more than whatever tiny short term savings DOGE may save right now.
