I also work in a range of different illustration styles.
Imagine if a man with no substance to his character became the richest man in the world, and all it achieved was that an unprecedented number of people were made aware that he had no substance to his character.

I’m really beginning to believe that the MAGA lot have no sense of embarrassment. I mean, imagine hearing your leader speak like this, all the time, and not curling up in a ball with the embarrassment of it.

Ah, fantasy battles. When I started out, I thought I'd be doing a LOT more of this, but life has been far more varied than I expected.

If there's one thing I'd urge new illustrators to take on board, it's to keep your options open. There's much more out there than the kind of work you see online.

It takes years to properly train new air traffic controllers...
Uh, the idea of having air traffic controllers "quickly replaced" is not very reassuring.

The British Indian Army was the largest all-volunteer force in history.

I'm rewatching The Expanse at the moment, and I'm on season 5. I stayed up to watch that amazing episode where Naomi was stuck on the doomed ship, and completely forgot that it was, in fact, stretched out over three episodes, So I only got to bed at 2.30am. Thrilling, but not clever.

I can't tell you how many interviews I've done where I've been asked: If Trump's policies are so problematic, why are U.S. stocks rising so rapidly.

A bit of international context illustrates the real issue here.

U.S. stocks have dramatically underperformed other advanced economies.
