Good that theyre backtracking but at the same time this whole fiasco is a great example of why its probably best to start working your way out of the adobe ecosystem sooner rather than later

The bill was just introduced, so no need to pull the fire alarm yet. That said, I've seen lots of bills that criminalize performers or venues. The first that I've seen that criminalizes parents.

The key phrase to remember "harmful to minors." It's been used to push for greater internet restrictions (age-verification, KOSA), VPN bans, book bans, attacks on librarians, healthcare defunding and, most recently, the push to repeal marriage equality.
Heritage Foundation, Focus on the Family, FRC and a host of other groups just launched a broadside campaign against marriage equality, saying that Obergefell is, wait for it ... "harmful to children."
