The GOP (including those who run Mastercard and Visa) has never been the party of small businesses. I think that facade is crumbling at this scale for the first time
always remember the elites don't object to perversion and sex, they use it in advertising all the time. They object to the fact the underclasses have a source of joy and freedom they don't explicitly control and doesn't always result in new consumers and soldiers.
It’s absolutely insane that in America’s late stage capitalism hellscape, where even refrigerators are starting to play ads, payment processors are just like “no porn. That’s where we draw the line.”

Call, call, call. Wear these foul corporate jerks out. Never be mean to an agent. Just make your distaste known and take up every second you can. Then, tomorrow, do it again. And again. And again. Until those at the top of these companies learn their place and stay out of people's business.
Morale at paypros call centers is in the toilet right now. It’s not just normal Black Friday stress, they’re being pounded. Corporate is pressuring bosses to end the paypros call campaigns. Source familiar w/ internals at MC stressed that folks should stand their ground but be kind to agents (1)

Working today but please keep up the calls, please. Stress that you're upset you can't buy certain products with your card because the merchant isn't allowed to take the card. If the company says, "ask your bank" tell them you already did or call your bank and make THEM call.
I’ve heard you can literally, physically see the strain on these call center workers between shifts while they’re out and about. Cannot stress enough that this call campaign is way more effective than some people realize. Please be kind when you call. (3)
