We also had numerous flickers earlier in the day, which is how I learned the computer/NAS/Internet UPS needs new batteries.

Idea: A heat pump water bath for sous vide cooking. The cold side of the heat pump would be in an ice bath for post-cook chilling.

It efficiently keeps the hot side hot, and the cold side cold. I call it the Multichamber Dual-Level Temperature controller. Now I just need to think of a good acronym.
