A few years ago, there was the infamous NVIDIA showcase where NVIDIA's CEO showed off a demo of a player character entering a stereotypical cyberpunk diner and having a stereotypical cyberpunk conversation with an NPC that, with an AI generated voice, gives the player a radiant quest.

I have arthritis and, let me tell you, ibuprofen in winter before I got on my current (extremely expensive, likely won't be able to afford in 2026) medicine kept me sane.

I have invested 500,000 hours in developing my new TTRPG. How does advancement work? Uh, every so often the GM declares everybody levels up. Don't like that? Oh, well, the GM can also give 1-3 XP every session. For what? You know, success. Yeah.

I was a wee child when I, somehow, got my hands on this game in the early-00s. Most violent game I had played up to this point was, like, Simpsons Wrestling. The guy getting his head impaled by a pipe in the opening cinematic stuck with me for months.
