I never had any idea what it referenced when I first read Watchmen back in the day as I had never heard the song at that point.

R.I.P. Sal Buscema. Decade in & out, he was a storyteller of such remarkable quality that I’ve yet to hear anything but the fullest measure of praise for his work from his collaborators. Me, I discovered his work in 1970’s Avengers #72. I absolutely fell in love with it. It helped make a fan of me.

Fantasy author and RPG writer Jean Rabe has passed away. She was known for her work at TSR and the RPGA, but she also worked on WEG’s Star Wars d6 RPG. In Galaxy Guide 12, Rabe wrote up several alien species including cover model Ephant Mon’s Chevin (with other aliens by @infinata.bsky.social).

Reading through Psylocke Ninja #1 today I was impressed by the continuity juggling act with references to at least three separate storylines. Betsy's characterization was excellent.
I was also delighted to see the Snakeroot and the Chaste involved thus tying this to @dgchichester.bsky.social 's DD!
