It's almost impossible to overstate the impact of Reverend Jesse Jackson's leadership, vision, and tireless organizing in shaping American politics, our movements, and the fight for racial and economic justice and a real democracy. We've lost a giant. Rest in power.
Today, we mourn a giant in the civil rights movement who left an indelible mark on our politics and our world. All of us in the fight to build a democracy that works for everyone stand on the shoulders of Reverend Jesse Jackson.

Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche needs to resign.

When I saw Liam at the Dilley Detention Center, something was clearly wrong. He was lethargic, not eating, and depressed.
Thankfully, Liam and his dad are back home in Minneapolis with their family.
No child should ever endure this. We will not stop until this cruelty ends.
