In January, Trump canceled $450 million for grid resilience programs in Puerto Rico.

Puerto Ricans are American citizens who deserve reliable infrastructure, clean energy, and a federal government that actually cares about them. Full stop.

Thank you Bad Bunny for highlighting this important issue!

Trump has rolled back protections for the Northeast Canyons and Seamounts Marine Monument, opening the door to commercial extraction in a fragile deep-sea ecosystem.

Weakening environmental protections for profit is reckless and deeply unpopular.

"Natural gas, not solar panels and wind turbines, is the primary driver behind soaring power prices in Maine."

Someone should tell the president that doubling down on fossil fuels is why we can't afford our electric bills.

But that would require not giving Big Oil billionaires whatever they want 🙄
What’s driving up Maine’s energy bills? Natural gas.
A new report finds more renewable energy could help make electricity more affordable, despite efforts to scapegoat clean power for rising costs.

Millions of American households have drinking water contaminated by PFAS "forever chemicals," which have been linked to cancer.

Trump's EPA, meanwhile, has delayed enforcement of PFAS standards and terminated over $15 million for PFAS research.

This administration is Making America Sick Again.

The roughly 40 million Americans who get drinking water from wells are at particular risk when harmful forever chemicals contaminate the supply.

156 years ago, the 15th Amendment banned racial discrimination in voting—but Jim Crow followed, and millions of Black Americans couldn’t vote until the Voting Rights Act nearly a century later.

Trump just canceled $1.5 billion in funding in states that didn't vote for him for projects like electric vehicles and buses that would save lives and reduce costs.

This is just the latest reckless move by a vindictive administration that does not even pretend to serve the American people.

Zeldin isn't wrong: More CO2 emissions wasn't their main objective — their main objective was giving free rein to their fossil fuel donors to do whatever they want.

The poisoning of our air and water and destruction of our planet is simply the icing on the cake.

SCOTUS’ MAGA justices seem ready to give Trump even more power by letting him fire leaders of independent federal agencies in defiance of laws passed by Congress.

This would give Trump unprecedented control over these agencies, ignoring over a century of protections against abuse of power.

Texas' electric grid survived last weekend's Winter Storm Fern in no small part due to wind energy, batteries, and a more diversified grid.

Fossil fuels are not only dirty and expensive, but unreliable during extreme weather.

Renewable energy is cleaner, cheaper, and more reliable.

FACT CHECK: Wind turbines do not freeze when properly weatherized.

Wind power overperformed in Texas during Winter Storm Fern and was a major reason why the state did not suffer the same blackouts as it did in 2021.

Meanwhile, natural gas prices increased by 60%. 🤔
