I'll keep saying it until something changes: no reforms + no accountability = no funding.

I'm a NO on any new ICE funding until it includes real guardrails on ICE operations.

Congress cannot keep writing blank checks for this agency until there are MAJOR reforms.

Trump's tariffs cost American families $1,000 last year.

This year? On track to cost ANOTHER $1,300.

Do the math: that's $2,300 taken straight out of family budgets to pay for Trump's trade war.

Secretary Noem is in San Diego right now, apparently having timed this visit so there’d be no members of the San Diego Congressional delegation there to demand answers, press her on ICE abuses, or hold DHS accountable.

There seems to be some confusion about the SAVE America Act. If it becomes law, you will NOT be able to vote with your drivers license alone.

You’d need:

1. A passport, which more than half of Americans don’t have and costs at least $130
OR
2. A birth certificate PLUS your photo ID with matching names, which nearly 70 million married women lack
OR
3. Military services papers (not a military ID alone) with sensitive info.

I’m voting NO.

The health of the American people should never be a political game, but Trump is treating it like one.

His Administration just cut $600 MILLION in public health funding from four Democratic states, including $400 MILLION ripped straight from California’s state and local public health departments.

The White House sent over its “counterproposal” on ICE reform, and here’s the truth:

❌ It doesn’t include details or enforceable guardrails
❌ It doesn’t put a stop to the lawless conduct or the violence we’ve seen
❌ It isn’t actually a bill that can be passed into law

Washington Republicans’ refusal to extend the Affordable Care Act tax credits is hurting Americans.

Here are just two messages out of many my office has received.

People are hurting.

$537. That’s how much the average American family’s electric bill rose under Trump last year.

They promised to lower the high cost of living on Day One. It's been over a year, and they're failing.

Everything was too expensive. It's STILL too expensive. How much more can American families take?

On his first day in office, Donald Trump shut down a federal database that tracked ICE and CBP misconduct.

Then, after eliminating the only system tracking these abuses, he unleashed federal agents with unprecedented aggression.

Steve Bannon won’t stop talking about deploying federal agents to polling sites.

In any DHS funding deal, we must explicitly prohibit ICE and any other federal immigration personnel from being stationed at polling sites, county elections offices, or anywhere votes are being counted.
Trump's former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon — who exchanged thousands of texts and emails with Jeffrey Epstein btw — is calling for ICE agents to surround polling places ahead of the 2026 midterms, despite no evidence of widespread voter fraud.
