I know a lot of people don't like Tarantino, and I don't want to relitigate that, but I am really enjoying the Once Upon a Time in Hollywood novelization. Just an incredible treasure trove of period movie & TV stuff.

James Bond’s death in No Time to Die is causing a nightmare for the next film. Writers are stuck because Bond “was blown to pieces.”

Ok, ok, what if we make the next one about James Bond's nephew, mystifyingly named James Bond, Jr., would that work?

sounds like maybe the real Trump world luminary she'd share a special connection with is actually America's Mayor

There’s a simple solution here: James Bond in Hell. He has sex with the Devil’s wife, kills the Devil by kicking him out of a helicopter, etc.

I have determined that The Chair Company is an Unknown Armies show.

I will not be taking questions at this time.

I was curious to see if maybe The Ladykillers (2004) was actually a misunderstood gem, and not the bizarre, ill-conceived misfire that I remembered.

Nope! Still an extremely weird outlier in the Coen's filmography, though maybe more understandable now that I've seen Drive-Away Dolls.

This is the very best thing about jury nullification, and you have to read it BEFORE you get called to jury duty.

Jury nullification is good and it's a good sign for America's path out of authoritarianism that juries are recognizing their power to nullify.

NEW: Billions of pounds of food are imported to the U.S. each year.

The FDA inspects foreign producers to ensure what we're eating is safe from pathogens and dangerous manufacturing practices.

But now, after Trump's drastic staff cuts, these inspections have plummeted to a historic low.
