When I was in Auckland recently my dad and I walked around his old High School where the same 'temporary' prefabs were there that were set up when he was there over 50 years ago.

What I'd just say to you is, a big thanks to the media who reported on our new housing policy for rough sleepers & didn't mention it's not additional funding, just money nicked from other housing needs.

I'm not the person to comment on NCEA.
But anectodaly - I'm too neurodivergent to be good at exams. I went a year ahead in 1-2 subjects so had passed 7th form with merit by June. Most of my classes were internally assessed. I didn't even attend my only 7th form exam lol.

"Separate the art from the artist" comes up a lot.
My opinion is that, like so many things, it is on a spectrum.
A long-dead entertainer with a brilliant body of work who, we later discovered, kicked puppies is NOT the same as a living, active entertainer who uses revenue to buy puppies to kick.
