This is a massive, history making abuse of your power. It will define your legacy and one day you will come to regret punishing free speech and trying to destroy democracy.

It is genuinely humiliating as an America to have this sour, cowardly, narcissistic lout represent us and to know that so many Americans applaud conduct like this. Just deeply embarrassing.
REPORTER: How much wealthier are you now than when you returned to the WH?

TRUMP: The deals I made for the most part, other than what my kids are doing - they're running my business - were made before. Where are you from?

R: Australia

T: In my opinion you are hurting Australia right now. Quiet.

A sneering midwit with inherited wealth got the facts wrong, and accused an honest public servant—Lisa Cook—of fraud. His meddling created a crisis well beyond his portfolio, undermining the Fed.

Bill Pulte can do the right thing and resign.

If merit still matters, he should be fired.

This is the what this cheering Trump’s autocratic takeover do not understand is the inevitable future of this path and if they did realize it we might be able to avoid it completely. So frustrating.

Hi!

Things...are not going great right now.

And the really hard, knotty question is, "What do we do?"

Well, my friends at PD have spent time drilling into what people have done in other countries in the face of authoritarianism to find out WHAT WORKS.

Here's the beginning of our series 👇
Our "Democracy Atlas" series offers 8 lessons from democracy defenders across the world who have navigated authoritarian threats. Learn how they have protected their democratic freedoms, avoid mistakes, & discover the role you can play in shaping U.S. history. www.ifyoucankeepit.org/p/eight-rule...
