I don't think it's a coincidence that all of this (worldwide) is happening when most of the people who lived through WWII have just died. We need to do a better job of keeping their memories and ideals alive.

Do not settle for less than abolishing ICE. Not refocusing their work to “real criminals,” not cutting their funding, not retraining them. ICE must go, and any politician asking for less should be shunned.

It’s hard to know if people outside MN understand how much of life is grinding to a halt here because of Trump’s occupation. Schools have shut down, businesses are scaling back hours or closing because their employees aren’t safe. The whole city is weighted down.
