Accessibility features for disabled players. (No, I don’t just mean difficulty options. I mean features for true accessibility features.) Also, you should be able to pause every cutscene without it skipping automatically.

This is going to cause some very annoying Catholics to be more annoying, and will no doubt also upset many well-meaning Catholics, but on reading the document it's very clear and well-reasoned.
New from Vatican: “It would not be appropriate to use the title ‘Co-redemptrix’ to define Mary’s cooperation” in salvation. “This title risks obscuring Christ’s unique salvific mediation and can therefore create confusion and an imbalance in the harmony of the truths of the Christian faith. “

Updated thread on The Lost King film:
I’m digging over old ground but I have to challenge Steve Coogan's line. He claims it’s all true (as has Philippa Langley): Langley will be celebrated for her achievement, Richard Taylor & his personal gripes will be forgotten
So what’s the real story? 1/15

I’m really starting to suspect that most of the tech bros haven’t actually read Tolkien, as they certainly don’t understand it.

The gentle hobbits save the “hard men” of Gondor, largely through compassion and selflessness. Not the other way around. The Christian parable is barely hidden!

Very confused by Catholic parishes doing a "celebration of light" in place of Halloween because (a) I thought that was a Protestant thing, and (b) if you want to do a Catholic thing for Halloween you could always... you know... do All Hallows Eve. The liturgical event Halloween originated from.
