Fundamentally, the bsky admin team hide behind the nobility / goodness of fair, open, and federated protocols, but those are all also morally neutral tools. We are humans using them. We need human compassion & empathy from those who facilitate these tools. We currently have a$$hat techbros instead.

My meeting with admissions was pretty good this morning over Zoom. I have another meeting with a different school next week and I might be starting my journey to becoming a LCSW with a MSW and being an affordable sliding scale or free therapist for people who are in need.

I got approached at the gym this morning by a buff bearded man who asked me when I changed from blonde to dark and that it looks good on me.
Later this morning, the job counselor's office receptionist, who is a Zoey, complimented my hair.
Anyway, it's still Zöe, I just updated my profile.

Southwest chili in the crock pot tonight. I'm trying it with a small can of chipotle peppers finely diced in the mix and some hickory liquid smoke on the ground turkey as it browned with seasoning on it. Turkey is a bit cheaper and healthier for chili but I keep tweaking the recipe for improvement.
