I’m still unsure about using an indictment as a document of undisputed evidence as a prelude for military action without congressional authorization, but I’m just a simple country law professor.

Last year I went to watch the Dolphins and Canes play and every game I went to they won. So I am obviously the only reason they are winning. I don’t have the science or logic behind that but it must be true.
