If someone who strangled a guy to death for acting out in the subway "shouldn't have been brought to trial," you have to wonder why there's a nationwide manhunt for the guy who shot a health insurance CEO.
Among other things, a disaster for Alvin Bragg - city shouldn't have brought this to trial, prosecution was a joke.
