Nice work by Hamazaki and Shendure labs showing assembly of A-P human gastruloids following an approach quite analogous to ours (minus hypoxia biology). Sadly our study is not cited 🤔

Peer review is not a "stamp of approval" or a certification of 'truth'; it's a pressure test, and the pressure applied varies by venue. And, ultimately, a paper published in a journal is just a reflection of what an editor thought would be *useful* to their community.
