At the buzzer! I’ll be out at GalaxyCon Columbus next week in the guest Artist section. Not sure of my table number yet, but I’ll be there all weekend signing books, taking commissions, and selling prints and original art. Looking forward to seeing a lot of familiar and friendly faces.

I have long been obsessed by this panting of Jason and his mentor the centaur Chiron. He looks at Jason, knowing that he would leave now that he is an adult, and is told very simply and poignantly. It is of course by William Russell Flint, from his illustrated edition of The Heroes.

My brother and I attended a university in Michigan. Our Michigan classmates placed our accent just ahead of the guy from Louisiana in how it sounded. He had a southern drawl not Cajun. They also pointed out that most newscasters had/have a Michigan accent.
I think the Indiana accent is one of the most pleasant ways to hear someone speak the English language, but tell a Hoosier you like their accent and they react like a cat seeing its own reflection

My wife and I attended The World of Hans ZImmer last night in Fishers, Indiana. It was a truly moving experience with great emotional impact. I highly recommend. You can get some sense of the magnificence from this video from the show previous to our show. youtu.be/pfbMVKL9FQA?...

It may be terrifying to think of going some new route to take, but sticking to what we've got going is just depressing.

Don't let fear win!
There comes a certain point where you have to look at what a system produces and ask yourself, if you want to keep reforming and preserving that system, if maybe you're part of the problem and what you want to do about that
