This is incredibly worth reading in light of what is happening now and the basis on which Trump and Rubio are pursuing charges against Maduro.

Thinking about how many flights to/from the Caribbean are cancelled because Trump invaded Venezuela and that, if you’re stuck there, airlines no longer have to compensate you because Trump changed the rules.
